There was no need to give an I pilL on the day one of her periods.. if you have had unprotected sex ...she has missed period most likely due to the effect of Ipill only ...do a urine pregnancy test and then consult a gynecologist near you for further management

May be chances of failure.Depends on the day of sex.If it is near to ovulation then more chances.Wait till next cycle and do pregnancy test on 25 th day of period by Bhcg.It comes negative means no pregnancy.
