Do urine pregnancy test. I pill causes irregularities in periods and occasional spotting after pill. If you are sexually active then you should consult gynecologist for suitable contraception option for you.  I pill should not be used on regular basis.

Hello, iPill is a high dosage hormonal pill that causes hormonal imbalance. This might be the reason behind bleeding. Also, do a urine pregnancy test to confirm whether you are pregnant or not.

Pregnancy is very unlikely. Consider the bleeding you had on 21/1 as periods and you will get next one accordingly. It's difficult to predict for sure as emergency pills tend to disrupt regular cycles. In case you don't get periods by then, do a urine pregnancy test. It will take a few cycles for periods to get regular again
