Missed period
I had my c section on 23 sep.it didnt bleed for 40 days in the way it is supposed to be.then my period start on 1st nov.after that on 23 nov.again n 23 dec.bt i missed it in january.it had been almost 40 days n i m worried..can u suggest some answer

If u r feeding ur baby then chances of irregular periods are high.
However if u hv resumed relationship then do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy first.
