  4. Missed period. It serious to consider?

Missed period
I got my last periods on 29th August. After that, I didn't get periods. No chance of pregnancy. I consulted a doc last week and she has written me meptrate tablet and told me to use for 5 days twice a day. Tomorrow is the 5th day and the course will be completed . Would I get my period after tomorrow or should I go meet a gynaecologist right away ? Please suggest what needs to be done, what is the issue , is it serious to consider?
