Missed Period
I am not sexually active but my period didn't come for 3 months (Nov.-Feb) and now it's been going on for a month. What is a possible explanation? Also, in those 3 months my face cleared up a lot. I have bad acne and hyperpigmentation, and as soon as I got my period, I broke out badly. My period started Feb. 16 and currently it March 18.

Irregular cycles very common during initial 2-3 years of menstrual cycle. Other common causes - stress , obesity, unhealthy life style, polycystic ovarian dis.
