  4. Missed period. For this delayed periods?

I am 7 days late. My cycle length is usually 35 days I have been feeling slight cramps since 7-8 days and constipation. Since, I had protected sex. I took a home pregnancy test today, it was negative. What could be the reason for this delayed periods?

abnormal periods can be because of stess/change of place/hormonal change ...like thyroid or prolactin disorder/endometritis/pcos. visit good gynecologist or online for further investigations to find out the cause n for management.
