Asked for Female, 29 Years

Hi sir,mam I am married women,I have thyroid problem and from past one year I am facing arthritis when rheumatologist started giving medications before my period date and he was about to start medications for my leg problem and he got to know that my period is postponed,so he didn't start the medications suspecting chance of pregnancy. I tried all pregnancy test at home after missed period it came negative and second test showed positive but when I checked in lab result was negative.. I am in confused now,haven't got my period s yet.my thyroid problem is within control.I am working women. Please do suggest. Thanks
