Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hi, my LMP was on 16th till now I didn't got my period I did my urine test on 16th I could see a faint line and doctor suggested beta hcg on 17th the value is less than 0.100, but from yesterday m suffering from vomitings...can I know the reason iam I pregnant or not?
