Asked for Female, 33 Years

Hi, I have my last period on 17th Dec 2019. This month I didn't got my periods. Although from 16th Jan I have period like cramps and white discharge for a week with sore breast. The cramps were on and off for week but now they are gone. But I still have sore breast. I didn't feel anything in my belly so I haven't taken pregnancy test. Is it possible to be pregnant with only cramps and sore breast.
