  4. Missed period. Pls help me out. ty!

Hi doctor...its been 33 days late period... pregnancy test is negative...no any other symptoms expect mood swings...Im usually emotional and crying for no reason...and last nyt  I just noticed a blood spot and now again no bleeding...pls help me out...ty
