When you are breast feeding  your baby ,your ovulation might be irregular and you cannot be sure about the safe period. So after 15 days please repeat the pregnancy test. It is advisable to use contraception ( protection) when you are lactating. Barrier contraception ( condom) is the safest one for future sexual contact.
Next Steps
Repeat pregnancy test if no periods after 15 days

Chances of pregnancy are very very less. Wait for 1 week if still no periods then repeat the test once more. Due to breastfeeding periods can get irregular.
