Due to Lactation, ur ovulation is irregular which causing irregular periods. You have given history of coital activity. So do Serum Beta HCG which is conformity test. If Serum beta HCG is negative for pregnancy then do not Panic and wait for ur natural cycle. Take care and Be safe.
