Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hi, I had a missed period this month. Consulted doctor after three days of my missed period. There was a negative pregnancy test. An ultrasound sound scan gave the result of polysystic ovaries. Took Deviry 10mg for 5 days. Got periods after three days after the course of Deviry. The flow was quite less. Usually I use two pads on the second day. But this time there was one padful of blood. is this normal? Should I go for another pregnancy test?
