Hello doc i missed my period last month of march then until now, and I have a positive pregnancy result.. How many weeks of pregnancy I hve now?

You are having around 8 to 9 weeks of pregnancy. But since u hv not mentioned exact dates of your last menstrual period , i cant say it with surity. Also if you dont remember the exact date you cn get an ultrasound dating scan done now
