Missed period for 4 days negative bhcg

Asked for Female, 33 Years

Hi. My last period was 12 February.. I didn't get my period.. my cycle is 30 days exactly.. I took urine test With kit was negative... even I took beta hcg that was also negative.. still I have nausea metallic taste in my mouth.. head ache.. is there is any chance to be pregnant or when should I repeat test..
