Missed period for 2 month
Missed my period for about 2.5 month now. Sure not pregnant. (Done test at home for several time) Could thyroid be the cause for delay/ missed period.(Tsh: 4.440) Is it normal for such long time period missed. Suggest me what to do for the same.

Get a USG done to exclude pregnancy and to see the status of the ovaries. If your periods have been regular earlier then the first diagnosis after missing a period is pregnancy.

TSH is normal. Do Ultrasound scan of abdomen & pelvis to rule out Polycystic Ovaries
