Missed period, cottage cheese like disch

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I have a missed period which is late for 4 days now, used two pregnancy test strip and it says negative then I have cottage cheese like discharges.. and I usually feel pains at my lower abdomen. Please what do you think is wrong
