Missed period but negative pregnancy
I had endometriosis, which was removed on jan 2019 by laproscopy. I was injected lupron 11.25 and after 3 months endoreg started. After surgery my periods started on 10th feb then it stopped. On may 5 my periods started again while i was on endoreg. I had my last endoreg on 10th may. My period length is 4 days. My dr. Suggested me to try to conveive naturally without any medicine. I missed my periods but pregnant test is negative. Can you suggest what would be the reason
