I haven’t gotten my period in 6 days. But I have been bloated for like a week now. I am feeling cramps and pain in my area. What does this mean?

6 days means.After taking tablet tablet you have got period.Am I right.If yes then bloating is due to effect of medicine only.It contains high progesterone and causes all problems. Once meet to gynaecologist and take her opinion and suggestion.
