Missed period and taking Metatine 50mg

I have PCOS and my doctor prescribed metatine 500mg. I was taking for the one month and my periods is delayed by 1 week now. Will metatine delay periods ? Or it is a sign of pregnancy? I had puked once n felt nausea at times. Not sure it is a positive sign or really I have a bad stomach upset.

Do pregnancy test either by urine or blood.Bhcg is blood test and confirmatory.If comes negative and symptoms are persisting then wait for few more days and repeat the process again.
