Missed Period and Negative pregnancyTest

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hi.. I am 28 years female, having missed my period by 6 days. Today I have done pregnancy test at home and it was negative. Two hours after that I have started getting brown spotting. I did not had any un-protected sex with my husband.I had cysts in my ovaries for which I was taking homeopathic medication. My periods last month came on 29th Sept and it was due on 24th of this month. Could you suggest me can there be any chances for me to be pregnant or it is increased cysts issue?
