Missed period and negative pregnancy

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I have pcod and I took naturogest tab for 7 days from my 20 th day of last periods. It's been 8 days since I didn't get periods this time also my pregnancy test was negative... Do suggestion me a solution... I'm under pcod treatment since 6 months
