  4. Missed period and headache. It normal?

Missed period and headache
Missed period and headache for 7 days, mild spotting on 4th day and now period starts on 7th day evening after traveling with very heavy flow...is it normal?? I still have very bad headache and period flow is too heavy... Doctor is there anything to worry...please guide me through
