Missed my periods and the pregnancy test
I got my periods on May 27, I have taken blood test yesterday it showed negative and today I took tablet called Duphaston. So could you please tell me what could it be. And by last 3 month's I have increased 2kgs weight. Note: my periods are on time till now.

Delayed periods and Weights increased ,both point towards hypothyroidism

Get thyroid test done empty stomach tomorrow morning Get ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness Get a pregnancy test done tomorrow morning urine sample if applicable
