I have missed my periods and have done pregnancy test twice after a gap of 25 days and both the test were negative

hello it may be anovolatory period get an ultrasound of pelvis for endometrial thickness and also do blood for beta hcg to rule out pregnacy and then take tab norgest in consultation with gynaecologist for menses induction bye
