Gaining weight and missed my period. Was on bed rest for 5 to 6 days because of back injury. Muscle injury, so had to take rest and because of that I could not do my yoga practice and was only eating and resting. I had just spotting twice but after a week or 9 days gap second time spotting, too much gap. Also very important whenever I'm stressed my periods delay. In the august month I was too stressed because of my work and my health was also not that good l, haven't been resting for quite some time and had too much. I took
pregnancy test too but both came negative after a month. Yes I was physically involved but I'm very sure semen did not touch my vagina. Please guide.
