Missed misscarriage
Hi, I have undergone ivf where three embryos were transferred and pregnancy is positive with twins and one empty sac. First scan was done at 6 weeks and two fetal heartbeats were good. During the second scan which was done at 8 weeks, my doctor said only one heartbeat is visible and the other one is a missed miscarriage at 7 weeks. But still I did not experience any cramps or bleeding. Is there any chance that the second fetal heartbeat may reappear? If not how will the empty sac and miscarried sac expels and Will it affect the live fetus? Please please suggest.

No there are no chances that the second heartbeat will appear the empty sac will be compressed and at this early a gestation will not affect the live fetus
