Missed Miscarriage
My last period was on 4th of October 2017 and then I had a positive pregnancy. On 20th November Doctor told me that there is no heartbeat and I may be had miscarriage.
Until now I have not started bleeding and that makes me curious as the doctor said it will happen in 1 week but now 3 weeks have passed but there is no bleeding.
Can you suggest something

Get a repeat Ultrasound done to see for the heart beats,it's possible that it was too soon u did a USG earlier which is why the heart beats were missing ,for any further information or assistance you may get back to us on a direct Consulting.
