Missed miscarriage and D&C
I'm 35. My tests were normal except for a fibroid (POSTERIOR MYOMETRIUM FIBROID) which was measuring 2.5x2.8cm. Doc said it won't disturb my pregnancy. My husband's semen analysis test was also normal. His total sperm count was 22million/ Later doctor advised me for TAB. LETROZOLE 2.5mg for a week and then follicular scan, but first cycle failed. Next month she advised TAB.LETOVOL 2.5mg and I got pregnant.Doc advised me for a early pregnancy scan when I was 7 weeks 4 days. But heart beat of fetus was not found. doc asked us to repeat scan on 9th week even then heartbeat was not found. whereas the fibroid has grown 4.5cm.Doc said it was a missed miscarriage. I underwent D&C. Doc said bleeding will stop in a week. But it didn't stop even after 15 days had spotting. So advised me to take PRIMOLUT N 5MG. But spotting didn't stop. later doc advised me to stop it, by which I got my 1st period after d&c. Later advised for NOVELONtab for 21 days. can i get preg again without removing fibroid?
