I missed 6 weeks (OPV, PENTAVAC, ROTAVIRUS) vaccines for my newly born kid.. am worried now.. can I get these vaccines done now.. the baby is 04 months old now... also the later scheduled vaccines I.e (@10 weeks & 14 weeks) are also got missed...

Thereafter they can be given at any age but , schedules follows the same pace of 4 week interval

Your infant can get OPV, Pentavac, PCV and IPV. Please get those shots as soon as possible but Rotavirus vaccine first dose should be administered within 15 weeks of age now your child is 16 weeks as u mentioned so except Rotavirus all vaccines mentioned above need to be given.
No need to worry
Take opv and pentavac 3 doses (6w,10w,14w) one month a part all the three dose
Rotavirus(10w,14w) 2 doses one month a part will be sufficient as per guidelines
In addition to the above vaccine
You should consider pneumococal vaccine also(6w,10w,14w) 3 doses with above vaccines
Pneumoccal vaccine will be available in at private hospitals
