  4. Missed her periods. As soon as possible?

My friend periods has been delayed by 15 days.. she took a prega news test but it is negative.. she had sex with her bf twice.. one with full protection nd other without protection but the boy didnot ejaculated inside her.. can she be pregnant? Or wht she do that her periods can cm as soon as possible?
