Misscarriage
Dctr placed mistoprosol vaginally to induce pain and exclusion of the tissues dctr done usg and she says their is no sac only endometrium thickness after one week she checks internally and told me that some tissue is left so she proscribed same medicine sub lingual I only bleed for one day after that but medicine was placed vaginally than I bleed for 5,6 days but mild bleeding and now m still having mild bleeding but m not sure if have to take more medicine for proper cleaning or have to wait for next periods

If despite so much of medicines the ultrasound is still suggestive of retained products of conception or incomplete abortion you are advised to proceed with surgical evacuation
