Miss periods from last 67 days

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Hi their, this is pooja here, i miss my period, the last date is July 13 too till date. 27th aug i visit doctor , taken pregnancy test, sonography, 3d sonography, no pregnancy detected. again on this month on Sept 13th. I have done pregnancy test its negative. now i have noidea whaat to do ?
