Sir, My period date is 11 March but till time i have not get in period and i will check in pregnancy test today but it's negative so how can get my missing period ..?

Pregnancy test is negative then contact to gynaecologist,after investigation  she will advise some medication and you will get bleeding but TSH level is must to rule out hypothyroidism .
