Gynaecologist suggested Unwanted pregnancy kit
Today she has taken Mifepristone morning in empty stomach
And doctor said to take Misoprostol after 48 hours
But doubt is Can Misoprostol be swallowed with water in empty stomach?

I hope you got a ultrasound scan done before taking the tablets .If not please get it done. As a urine pregnancy test is not very accurate at times and the site of pregnancy is important before taking pills.
