Hii. Iam 32 year old having 4 year old. My baby born at 34 weeks because of Polyhydromnious and water leaked.5 months back I had miscarriage at 9 weeks because of sub choronic hemorrage and no heart beat at 9 weeks had d n c,. Recently one month back I had chemical pregnency. While 5 weeks scan I came to know septate uterus with 2.8 CM myometrial intendation and i am having pcod. I am concerned weather I need surgery for septate uterus or cervical cervlage Is enough. I don't understand why I had chemical pregnency. How can avoid future miscarriages.

You have had 3 pregnancies with a septate uterus. You may have many more with the same uterus. Please don't try corrective surgery for your uterus. We don't know what the outcome will be.

Both hv a different purpose Cervical encircalage will not help in a sepatate uterus Required if the length of cervix is less than 2.5 cm or diameter of internal os is more than 8 mm at 12 weeks Not all sepatate uterus need surgery The reason fr all previous obstetric outcome is different
