Hi, my hcg level yesterday was 2631. Missed periods 2 weeks back. Today I am encountering bleeding , similar to periods. Did I miscarry? Does it reduces my chances of pregnancy in future?

Bleeding can be a sign of threatened abortion. It is important for you to get a scan done to check for the viability of the fetus.
If no scan the baby is viable then you need to be on strict bed rest and progesterone support.
This will not reduce your chance of future pregnancies.
