Miscarriage or my baby is alive

Hello Doctor on 8sep I got a dought that I'm carrying and i have taken a pregnancy test it got negative Bt near lower abdomen I'm feeling a change and slightly I'm getting pain and very hard back pain and this morning my bleeding has been started as normal now I got miscarriage or will my baby be alive, and I don't know conform that I'm pregnant or not also I'm just feeling symptoms please suggest me I'm in a big confusion and worried a lot

If urine pregnancy test is negative means it's almost confirmed that u r not pregnant..and u got ur periods ,so it's confirmed that u r not carrying ..
