Hlo I have pregnant 5 week but yesterday suddenly I have stomach Paine like period pain and today I feel no pregnancy. What is the reason. Already I had 3 miscarriage history

Is pregnancy test is positive, if yes then there must be bleedingpervagina and if so bleeding  can't stop in one day, is there clotts coming in vaginally  so sometimes only we think I am pregnant  but not so actually.
