Minute tremors
Occasionally my hands shake like minute tremors, I can't hold my hand perfectly still in the air. It's not too drastic or bothering in the daily life chores as I can still do everything properly, but I have been asked by people that why do my hands shake, when I'm not doing anything. I think it might be hereditary as my mother has it too. When she is holding something in her hand, the shaking is very visible, but again it doesn't affect her daily activities. Please help
