It appears that you are suffering from Anal Fissure. In this problem there is a cut injury in anal region due to passing hard stool. Now you should take SItz Bath (Hot water tub Bath) twice daily. Apply some soothing ointment or coconut oil in anal region. Take some stool softening Ayurvedic medicine like Haritaki Powder 1 tea spoon with warm water. Take plenty of liquids like butter milk etc. Take fiber rich diet like green leafy vegetables, salads etc. If problem persists please consult online.
