Milky and clear discharge from 2 breast

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Hii..I have pcod. Age 23yrs.my dr prescribe me krimson 35.after taking this I feel breast tenderness and breast discharge from both breast also.but right breast discharge milky & left breast discharge clear when squeeze.but I have no lump, irritation or other cancerous symptoms.is there anything serious like breast cancer.please help me
