Milk supply
My baby is 12 days old. I'm breast feeding her. At the end of each feed she sleeps. I don't know whether she is getting proper milk supply or not. Also when I try to hand express milk I see first 2 or 3 drops thick milk followed by watery milky liquid. Is this normal? And baby poops once in 3 days.

Your baby sleeping after each feed is normal As long as your baby is sleeping for 2-3 hrs /day and passing urine 8-10 /day and crying for feed and your breast is getting engorged with dribbling of milk from opossite side of breast while feeding are signs that you have good amount of milk First apart of milk is rich in fat and protein hence it’s thicker the later part is watery to Quinch babies thirst so that is absolutely normal Baby on breast feed pooping once in 5 to 7 days is also Normal So do not worry new mother
