My age is 43-44 years I am perimenopausal women as I have irregular period from last 2 years happening after every 2.5-3 month's sir today I noticed that I have milk discharge from nipple as I looked little discharge i found on clothes then i press each time 1-2 drop milk coming from either side which I press no pregnancy no breast feeding please tell what's the reason please is anything serious please tell
