Milk blister in my right nipple painful
I'm a breastfeeding mom of a 2 month old and the milk blister has reoccurred almost 3-4 times in the same spot. I take a warm shower and rub it a washcloth to remove the skin gently every time but it keeps reoccurring . It's painful to breastfeed , is there a permanent solution to this ? Thanks
