Milk benifits
Is there any benefits/bad effects of drinking cow/buffalo milk? According to some facts I have heard, majority of the human race is lactogen intolerant and cannot absorb calcium from milk except for the breastfeeding years. I would highly appreciate your comments on this. Thank you.

Few things to know about this 1. Any thing allergy or intolerance or reaction all depends on an individual digestive system capacity. As per Ayurveda it is Agni or digestive fire strength.. it is purely individualistic. 2. All cows now a days fed with human made Feeds. Some cows even on Hormonally treated. The domestic cows now a day devoid of roaming in forest , not on green grass etc. Totally their lifestyle also changed. So the quality of milk also altered. This type of cow's or any domestic animal's milk quality changes. Simply milk becomes heavy to digest. As the animals are not doing exercise their milk also sluggish to absorb by human beings. Adding to this pasteurised packet milk becomes much more heavy to digest as the milk is not fresh.  3. Ayurveda says fresh milk specifically cow's milk is Nityarasaayana or daily rejuvenating , every age group suitable regular diet for the life.  So milk is must and should diet for us, no doubt. 4. How to consume milk then? One method told in Ayurveda ..the Samskara ( enhancement of the quality and removal of bad nature of a material). Milk can be boiled with many Carminatives according to season and individual's life need. Like during hot seasons/ in summer Coriander seeds, sonf , dry grapes can be used. In winter Jira. In rainy season ginger, turmeric powder, black pepper can be used. This pinch of spice added and boiled milk becomes easy to digest for everyone.
