My periods are very irregular lately .
I got a usg done of pelvis which suggested PCOD
Right ovary :54*25*19mm=13.5cc
Left ovary :43*29*16mm=11.2cc
Kindly suggest if I can need medical treatment for PCOD or I can improve my lifestyle change . Also how severe is my PCOD. Is treatment needed ? Will it increase if not taken care of . Thanks
