Mild spotting with a little backache

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Had unprotected sex on the 9 day and took ipill after 20 minutes. after 4 hour I vomited since m not sure whether the pill has digested or not so I took another pill within 43 hours. on the 23 day I got a mild brownish spotting. is this because of the ipill or sign of pregnancy
