  4. Mild spotting. What are the causes?

I had my IUI done on 21st Dec and yesterday being the 19th day after IUI, my BETA HCG report says 27.46miU/ml, my doctor said its slightly positive and need to wait for few more days for UPT, but today I had a mild spotting, is this normal? Can it be periods? What are the causes? Please help.

spotting is not normal. b.hcg without an hcg injection is positive. However u need to repeat b. hcg after 48 hours and it should double
