Mild spasm in right lumber region

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I have mild spasm in my right lumar region of abdomen.with numbness over lower abdomen(full hypogastric region and medial half of right and left illiac region).no pain at all.. appetite normal.. bowels normal.no bloating or constipation or painful micturition..no nausea or vomiting.. except that spasm and numbness no issues.. Since last one week.
